36" Wall hangers can hold more than 20 pairs of ears depending on their width.
24" Wall hangers can hold more than 15 Pairs.
18" Wall hangers can hold more than 10 Pairs.
It can be wall mounted with the provided hardware or can free stand on a flat surface.

Item is shipped fully assembled with mounting hardware. (mollies and appropriate screws) 
 
A long phillips head screwdriver or a drill with an extension is recommended for installation.
